Mood Groove Music

The first ever privately pressed label by Jordan Fields started in Chicago in 1996. The first release was The Mood Groove ep which was never available officially. It was made as a promo to give away at WMC in Miami that same year. The catalogue numbers BP-001 stood for the first product of JF's Blueprint Productions which was discontinued as soon as he got to Miami and saw a company from Europe was also using the name Blueprint. A small quantity was sold only in Chicago and London. The Label has since been reactivated as a collector's sub-label of Headphoniq. The irony is Headphoniq was originally established to replace Mood Groove Music.
