For flexidiscs use the Eva-Tone Soundsheets profile. Changed name to Eva-Tone, Inc. on 07 July 1998. Filed for bankruptcy in November 2008. The origins of this company date back to 1925 when established in Deerfield, Illinois, as manufacturer of rubber stamp and rubber plate equipment. In 1962, Dick Evans developed the sound sheet process and founded Eva-Tone Soundsheets.
