NorDisc
Настоящее имя: NorDisc
NorDisc (or Nor-Disc) was a Scandinavian label, originally started in Norway in 1956 by three Scandinavian record companies: Norwegian Egil Mon Iversen A/S, Danish-Swedish Metronome and Swedish Karusell, each with one third of the shares.
In 1964 Nor-Disc was bought by Siemens, and it was merged with Siemens Norge A/S to form a new company, still called Nor-Disc. Nor-Disc represented labels Nor-Disc, Metronome, Karusell, Reprise, ABC-Paramount, Impulse and others in Norway.
Billboard magazine states (1971) that the owners of Nordisc were partly the same as the owners of Metronome, Börje Ekberg and Anders Burman.
There are also Nor-Disc releases from Finland, it was operated there by Scandia. The Finnish branch was closed in 1964.
