Pioneer LDC, Inc.

Founded as a LD-manufactured company by Pioneer Corporation in 1981, Japan. Accompanying the withdrawal of the Pioneer capital from Warner-Pioneer Corporation in 1989, it was renamed to Pioneer LDC, Inc. and music business also was started. In 2003, re-renamed to Geneon Entertainment Inc. because of the stock transfer to Dentsu Inc. Many entries have Pioneer (3) as the main label and Pioneer LDC, Inc. as the company name.
