Red Leaf

Canadian record label founded in 1965 by record producers Art Snider, Stan Klees, Duff Roman, Danny Mostoway and David Pears as a merger of Tamarac Records, Mostoway Productions and All Canadian Talent Records / ACT Records (2). Red Leaf was a short lived independent Canadian label with the goal of avoiding issues they seen independent labels having at the time like Large gaps in release schedules. Poorly promoted / advertised albums and artists. Confusion among consumers, dealers and radio stations The label won the RPM Award for "Top Canadian Content Company" in 1966 but ended up dissolving sometime between late 1969 and early1970. Its currently unknown how many records they released.
