On 02 March 1990 the plant was officially acquired by Disctronics Limited, one of three in the USA. Release dates for Disctronics USA pressings cannot be prior to 1990. Typically, releases from this plant have "DISCTRONICS USA" or "MADE BY DISCTRONICS USA" stamped in the matrix. For releases containing the statement to the effect of "DISCTRONICS MADE IN THE USA" use Disctronics Group, United States. Disctronics (US) Inc. was incorporated on 02 December 1986. Originally this plant was operated by Memory-Tech Inc., the other two (Anaheim and Hunstville) were operated by Laservideo Inc.. For discs known to be pressed by Disctronics in the US, please ensure these were not pressed at either Disctronics A (Anaheim), or Disctronics H (Hunstville), prior to denoting this specific pressing plant to the release. In 2003 Deluxe (7) bought Disctronics UK/European operations, the US company started to operate separately under the name DiscUSA.
