CD facility owned by Cinram in Mexico City, registered under corporate name Cinram Latinoamericana S.A.de C.V. This plant was opened in 1994 in a joint venture between Cinram and Auriga-Aurex S.A. de C.V. CDs made at this facility will have "Cinram" written and/or in logo form in the CD matrix along with mould SID codes beginning with "IFPI 2Q##", for example "IFPI 2Q00". The mould SID code is often moulded close to the stacking ring and easily mistaken for a "20##" prefixed SID code. Some CD's with the above information will include the mastering SID code "L381", these were glass mastered in the Canadian parent. Please credit these as follows: "Glass Mastered By - Cinram" "Pressed By - Cinram, Mexico". The IFPI have designated SID mastering code "L390" to this plant.
