Арктика (also known as Arktika, Арктика Казань, Рекорд Компания Арктика) is a Pirate record company from Kazan (the capital and largest city of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia). The company manufactures and distributes DVDs, CDs and MP3 CD-ROMs. The name of this company is known only on the wholesale market and is unknown to end buyers, because it's not mentioned anywhere on their products. Ice Records (4) is the brand name, which usually appears on their releases.
