Sunsplash Records, Inc.

Founded in 1983 by brothers Gene Rosenthal and Howard Rosenthal as a parent company for Sunsplash Records. In the late 1980s, its masters and trademarked name were purchased by Adelphi Records Inc. and Sunsplash Records became a subsidiary label under the Adelphi Records label banner.
