Company incorporated May 1st, 2001 in Denmark, they offered CD replication and manufacture as well as recordable media and mastering services. There is no evidence they owned their own replication machinery but seemed to have sourced most of their orders through Tocano. The company was created by CD Factory (4) which had at that point had a name change to CDF A/S and Schertiger Invest ApS as equal owners; Schertiger Invest was owned by Jesper Schertiger an associate of ODS Optical Disc Service. The company then assumed the previous business of CDF A/S but with a focus on CD production and sales. A sale of 51% of the share capital was completed on Dec 1st, 2004 to Optical Disc Service GmbH (ODS Optical Disc Service), leaving both CDF A/S (CD Factory (4)) and Schertiger Invest ApS as 24.5% owners, the company was then rebranded ODS Optical Disc Service A/S through a legal name change along with the registered "nickname" ODS Scandinavia A/S effective the date of the sale.
