Corp. and co-existed with Armada & Fernandez Of Florida Inc.. Successor to Armada & Rodriguez Of Florida, Inc. and predecessor to Joey Boy Records Inc. & Platano Records, Corp. operating from same address. Later multiple sub-labels derived from these entities throughout the Miami business expansion in the eighties; led by his son; Jose Armada Jr..
