Quali-Sound Studio

Danish recording studio that existed from sometimes in the 1960's to 1976. It was led and owned by Palle Juul who also produced most sessions in the studio. The studio was located in Juul's home at a farmhouse in Sønderholm near Nibe in northern Jutland, from where he also ran the Quali-Sound label with a few releases in the catalog. The affiliated mobile unit was Quali-Sound Mobilstudie. By 1976, as his low-budget studio had become more popular - especially with local artist - Juul had improved the technical standard of the studio and moved his business into the new enterprises, the residential Stuk Ranch Studio and his Stuk label. While the Quali-Sound studio was essentially a regional studio, Stuk Ranch became a nationwide popular studio.
