Palle Juul

Palle Juul (born November 4, 1939; died August 16, 1982) was a Danish studio-owner and producer, and also a country/schlager-artist. He established his first label and studio, Quali-Sound and Quali-Sound Studio, in the late 1960's in his countryside farmhouse near Nibe in Jutland. In the mid 1970's he turned them into Stuk and Stuk Ranch Studio respectively. The Stuk label was home for mainly local artists from northern Jutland playing folk-inspired music. As a performer, he was better known by his country/schlager-artist alias, Country Palle, by which he had quite a successful career in the cassette-tape era.
