French music publishing & distribution company, founded between Nesuhi Ertegun, president of Kinney Music International, and French publisher/producer Daniel Filipacchi. Established on 1 July 1971 and succeeded by WEA Filipacchi Music S.A. in mid-1972. Please use Kinney Filipacchi Music when credited without legal ending. The company distributed the labels: Warner Bros. Records, Atco Records, Reprise Records, Elektra, Atlantic, among others. Total staff was around 60.
