Record company. Incorporated 20th Nov 1992. The company was renamed Laurel Records Ltd. on the 28th Sep 1994. After the demise of Factory, New Order, their back-catalogue was signed over to London Records 90 Ltd. Due to troubles with the receivership administrators, the whole back-catalogue was placed under the entity "CentreDate Co. Ltd." and was the rights owner until clearance between the artists, the new label, the bankrupt label and the administrators was gained.
