Multi-purpose venue in Berlin-Mitte, Germany. Do not confuse with Kongresshalle Berlin. The Kongreßhalle am Alexanderplatz, built as part of an ensemble with the "Haus des Lehrers" between 1961 and 1963, was a vanity project of the executive of the former German Democratic Republic.
