After Factory and Factory Too another short-lived label reincarnation from Anthony H. Wilson. Setup in 1997 to flee the partnership with London/Polygram, Wilson bought the name Factory Records Limited for £136 from Companies House in London. First and only signing was The Space Monkeys. Note: The label can occasionally (e.g. on compilations) be credited as Factory Records or Factory. However, for all releases since 1997 they refer to this label only.
