French series of 12 Georges Brassens releases issued on Philips. Main common characteristics : Roman numeral (I, II, ... to XII), small Georges Brassens photo (big one for XII) and list of songs of the release on front cover. All but XII and original LP issue of # IX have also a faux wood background on front cover. Layout of those releases was made by André Decamp. Please add I, II, III, ... as series cat#. # I to # VII are album and compilation, # VIII to # XII are albums. Original Mono LPs on this series came under cat# P 77.8## L / B 77.8## L. Original Stereo LPs came under cat# 844.75# and reissues under cat# 6332.### and 6325.###. There are also cassette, CD, 8-Track versions and Canadian, Spanish, Italian, Israelian versions. Same material was also issued on Georges Brassens and Georges Brassens (3) series (with different front cover design).
