MusiquePlus (1986-2019) was a Québec specialty "Category A" TV channel owned by Groupe V Média. Initially with a musical video vocation, the channel was founded on September 2, 1986 by Moses Znaimer and Pierre Marchand who were respectively executive producer and director of musical programming. It thus becomes the first specialized French-speaking channel on the cable. Artists such as Véronique Cloutier , Paul Sarrasin (2) , Sonia Benezra and Claude Rajotte among others have been VJs there.
