Short-lived US Shellac label founded by Irving Mills in February 1937. Between 1 April and 16 July 1937, the label issued 40 records by, e.g., Duke Ellington, Raymond Scott, and Willard Robison. Reissues began shortly thereafter on Brunswick, to which repertory had been transferred by the end of 1937.
