Short-lived US Shellac label founded by [a307446] in February 1937. Between 1 April and 16 July 1937, the label issued 40 records by, e.g., Duke Ellington, [a26383], and Willard Robison. Reissues began shortly thereafter on Brunswick, to which repertory had been transferred by the end of 1937.
