Rip Off

Famous and infamous record shop located in Hamburg and founded in the end of the 70ies by Klaus Maeck, who became later manager of Einstürzende Neubauten. They functioned as a sublabel for Zickzack, but mainly published and distributed for them as well as for such other legendary labels like Düsseldorf based Das Büro and Klaus Maecks Hamburg-based small own label Supermax for instance. 1983 Rip Off ceased to exist.
