Discos CBS International (1979-1989), briefly renamed, CBS Discos International, in late 1989 thru early 1991.
Latin American arm of CBS label group, based in Florida, first in Coral Gables and then relocating to Miami. Many releases while manufactured in the USA, were shipped to Puerto Rico.
Released music most notably by Julio Iglesias, Miami Sound Machine, Grupo Variedad, ABBA & José Luis Rodríguez respectfully. These variably included many other artists who were previously signed to either the Latin, Discos Columbia or former CBS distributed label, Caytronics.
Briefly in late 1989 thru early 1991; the label appeared as "CBS Discos International".
In late 1991; after the Sony purchase of CBS Inc.; the label became Sony Discos and relocated to Miami Beach.
