Panthéon, Paris
Настоящее имя: Panthéon, Paris
Le Panthéon is a neo-classical building in the Latin Quarter in Paris. Originally built as a church dedicated to Sainte Geneviève and to house the reliquary châsse containing her relics it now functions, after many changes, as a secular mausoleum containing the remains of distinguished French citizens, such as Voltaire (5), Victor Hugo, Émile Zola, Jean Jaurès, Marie Curie, André Malraux or Alexandre Dumas.
Its name is a nod the Rome Pantheon.
