Deacon Records
Настоящее имя: Deacon Records
Deacon was a short lived British budget label based in London in the early 1970s. Sometimes the covers incl. a Gallery Stereo label pressing.
The label may also appear as just Deacon Stereo. By the end of 1971 Deacon expired and was replaced by the successor label Windmill (3). Both labels frequently display an additional "Spectro-Stereo Dimension" brand.
The company behind the label changed names and addresses within the short time of existence.
One version is Deacon Records (1971) Ltd - this may also appear as Deacon Records 1970 or 1971 - England - or similar.
The common printer company is West Brothers Printers Limited - with slightly verbatim variations and suffixes.
Remarkable are the many cover version releases that lacked any artist or mention an otherwise unknown band.
