Late 1960's soul and R&B label from Detroit, MI which was division of M.S.K. Productions. Distributed initially by M-S Records and then later by Westbound Records, Inc.. Believed to be formed out of the partnership of disc jockey Tom Shannon (3), Carl Cisco and Nickolas Ameno.
