Serikon

Swedish group of well-qualified musicians gathered by trombonist Daniel Stighäll. Together they play music from the 16th century. It is known that the early music was largely improvised. That tradition has more or less died out, but the ensemble Serikon is making an attempt to bring it back to life. Some of the musicians, like the soprano Anna Jobrant Dalnäs, belong to, among others, Göteborg Baroque: Per Buhre, Anders Ericson (3), Magnus Kjellson and Daniel Stighäll. Among the other soloists is the internationally active zinc player William Dongois, a true virtuoso on his instrument.
