Felix Alvo

Felix Alvo, born on February 9, 1918 in Njurunda, Medelpad, Sweden and died on May 26, 1974 on the Canary Islands, Spain, was a film producer, production manager and an actor. During the 1930s and 40s, he was also a circus artist and for awhile a circus owner. Together with Povel Ramel, he co-founded the production company AB Knäppupp in 1952, and in which he had an active role until 1968 when many older buildings around the square Brunkebergstorg in Stockholm were torn down, including, in 1969, AB Knäppupp's creative place the theatre Idéonteatern, which also started a new entertainment era for Povel Ramel and Felix Alvo had at that time left for a different life on the Canary Islands.
