Idéonteatern
Настоящее имя: Idéonteatern
Originally a cinema venue at Brunkbergstorg 15 in Stockholm, Sweden, which was established in 1914. In 1926, it was rebuilt into a theatre under the supervision of Ernst Rolf and had its première as 'Odéonteatern' with the Ernst Rolf revue 'Rolfrevyn' on March 1, 1926.
Between 1938 and 1953, Thyra and Ludde Juberg ran the theatre 'Odéonteatern' and during their leadership it became a popular stage in Stockholm for revues and comedies and with actors like Bellan Roos and Julia Caesar performing there.
In 1953, 'Odéonteatern' became a home stage for AB Knäppupp who renamed it to 'Idéonteatern'. However, all theatrical activities there stopped in 1969 when this old building also was torn down as a part of the largest Swedish urban development project to date.
