American singer and cantor. Oldest daughter of cantor Samuel Malavsky and sister of Trudy Packer, whom she sang with in a duo. Also sang with her father's family band The Malavsky Family Choir as well as the Four Chazentes. Considered one of the most significant cantorial performers of the post-Holocaust period. Born 1923 Died 1995.
