Randy Phillips (b. 29 March 1954) is an American music manager and executive producer from Los Angeles, California, president of LiveStyle label (ex-SFX Entertainment) and former AEG Live president. He began a career as a talent scout, working for MCA Records in the 1980s and other notable labels. Subsequently, Arnold Stiefel hired Randy at his talent management firm, where he became a name partner within the first year, after landing contracts with Billy Squier and Prince. Stiefel and Phillips worked extensively with Rod Stewart for many years. They were Prince managers between November 1989 and December 1990, producing , which earned them a "Worst Picture" nomination at the 1991 Razzie Awards. They also organized a critically acclaimed Nude Tour in Europe, the UK, and Japan. In the following years, Randy Phillips worked on Michael Jackson's final live show, This Is It, and was an executive producer of several TV documentaries, including Justin Bieber's Never Say Never and Katy Perry's Part of Me. Most recently, Phillips co-produced "Free Larry Hoover Benefit Concert" TV special with Kanye West and Drake, and Daniel Seavey's music video "Can We Pretend That We're Good?" in 2022.
