Rev. Randy Phillips is an American pastor and evangelist, singer-songwriter, and vocalist who regularly works as a studio session singer. He graduated from the Bob Mitchell Conservatory of Music in Los Angeles, California, and has collaborated with many prominent Christian and popular artists, including The Gaithers, Sandi Patty, Bebe & Cece Winans, and Andraé Crouch. Phillips has appeared on several Michael Jackson's albums as a member of Andraé Crouch Singers choir, including Blood On The Dance Floor (HIStory In The Mix).
