Frank Murray (died 22 December 2016, Dublin, Ireland, aged 66) was an Irish artist manager, one-time tour manager, and occasional singer best known as manager of The Pogues from 1985-1991. Starting his career as a roadie for Skid Row (2), Dr. Strangely Strange and others, then working as a sound man for hire. He became tour manager for The Woods Band and then Thin Lizzy. During time off from Lizzy in '74/75 he worked as production manager for a number of Dublin musical theatre productions for The Dubliners' manager Noel Pearson. In 1978 he moved into promotion, opening Camden's Electric Ballroom as a rock venue, before returning to tour management, this time with Elton John. After managing a Two-Tone Records tour he moved into artist management, representing The Bodysnatchers, followed by Kirsty MacColl, then Philip Chevron, and finally The Pogues. He went on to mangage The Frames before returning to Dublin and founding Hill 16 Management.
