"The Circle Band was establish in 1975 by Bob Fickling, thanks to Friendly Frank Auto (Frank Tolbert & Rodney Tolbert ) we started the band while Bob was looking for an old Ford Falcon in the back lot. Upon further discussion, Mr. Frank, as we affectionately called him, ask why do you want that beat up old car ?" , well that was the start of the relationship to get the band started....."
