"A Tulsa Native, Wolfe began playing the legendary Tulsa Sound with the likes of progenitors J.J.Cale, Leon Russell and numerous other local heroes. His experiences include impromptu jams with members of the Grateful Dead, The Sons of Champlin and other early San Francisco Bay Area groups of the 60's. After returning to Tulsa, he spent some years playing with CMA recipient Gus Hardin and also sideline gigs as a solo pianist in area jazz lounges."
