Sobrepeso

The band Sobrepeso began their musical activity in 1995 in the city of Cuenca-Ecuador, with a musical proposal that fuses blues, funk and Latin rhythms with rock. Sobrepeso with other bands from the city of Cuenca-Ecuador are part of what is known as the "Rock Cuencano" movement, also known as "Rock Nativo". Sobrepeso’s music is a proposal of strong rock with grunge sounds and hard rock with an experiential lyric of reflective and social content.
