David Nessle

Swedish comics creator, author and translator based in Gothenburg, born on September 5, 1960 in Danderyd, Uppland. Nessle is known as a co-creator in the series about the Swedish cartoon character 'Kapten Stofil' (1996-2011) created by Joakim Lindengren. In 2016, it was revealed that Nessle was the author behind the popular Twitter account (now the X account) 'Muralgranskaren' (The Mural Reviewer). Since then, the texts and cartoons from that Twitter account have also been published in book form and David Nessle has since 2019 actively participated as a comic creator in Dagens Nyheter, with 'Muralgranskaren' strips. As one of the members of the boards of 'Carl Gehrman Förvaltning AB', Gehrmans Musikförlag AB, Notpoolen AB and Notfabriken Music Publishing AB, David Nessle is also involved in managing some music publishers operating in Sweden.
