Joe LaChew

American guitarist from Carson City, Nevada. Founding member of and rhythm guitarist for Birmingham Sunday. After its dissolution, he founded Walden Pawn in 1971, which moved to California in 1973. Joe continued playing guitar with The Drifters, The Coasters, Billy Preston, The Righteous Brothers, Joe & Rose Lee Maphis, Merle Travis, Dorsey Burnette, Jimmy Dickens, Zella Lehr, Rich Little, and others. He is now a music teacher in Nevada and performs in the Reno and Lake Tahoe area.
