Evolved out of The Freedom V American psychedelic rock band from Carson City, Nevada, formed in September 1966. The four founding musicians went to the same school, where they created a band that played at local clubs all over northern Nevada and in the Carolinas. In 1968, they were able to conclude a contract with Bill Holmes, the producer of Strawberry Alarm Clock and the All American label. The vinyl was published as a limited edition of 100 copies. Although the band played in different styles, the album is a good example of pop psychedelia. Alternating male and female vocals, using wind, keyboard and string instruments.
