Motohiko Satoh was a Japanese experimental musician, a one-off member of the controversial noise band The Gerogerigegege. Satoh recorded with Kaoru Koga and the band's leader Juntaro Yamanouchi on a few occasions in the mid-nineties. In 1995, he participated in the 'Metal Action' (essentially, abusing a bunch of rusty metal junk to create a wall of harsh noise) during the studio live session that later became "Symphony for a New Age Destruction"—one of the bonus tracks on '95 The Sexual Behavior In The Human Male CD reissue of the Gerogerigegege's debut 7" single. It also appeared on a white label No Sound 7" released the same year by American label Vinyl Communications. The second extremely brief session, during which Motohiko and Juntaro performed ~40 sec long "cover" of Throbbing Gristle's 'Discipline,' was recorded in Aug '96 by Kaoru Koga at Kōenji district in Tokyo, and released on 4760162 7" compilation by Norwegian Jazzassin Records in 1997.
