Kaoru Koga was a Japanese experimental musician, a one-off member of the controversial noise band The Gerogerigegege. Kaoru recorded with Motohiko Satoh and the band's leader Juntaro Yamanouchi on a few occasions in the mid-nineties. In 1995, two artists participated in the 'Metal Action' (essentially, abusing a bunch of rusty metal junk to create a wall of harsh noise) during the studio live session that later became "Symphony for a New Age Destruction"—one of the bonus tracks on '95 707300 CD reissue of the Gerogerigegege's debut 7" single. The same composition appeared on a white label 248822 7" released the same year by American label Vinyl Communications. Kaoru Koga also recorded ~40 sec long "cover" of Throbbing Gristle's 'Discipline,' performed by Motohiko Satoh and Juntaro in Aug '96 at Kōenji district in Tokyo, and released on 4760162 7" compilation by Norwegian Jazzassin Records in 1997.
