Joe Karns

Member of the group Bluegrass Special, which was active in the Dayton area in the mid 1970s. He and his brothers Duke and Mike ran the Karns Talent Agency and the Karns Country Caravan from their office in the Crystal Pistol nightclub in Fairborn. They also operated a record label, Karbro Records, which was located at 141 North Broad Street in Fairborn, Ohio and specialized in country and bluegrass records.
