American songwriter and music publisher. Bron Holly, Michigan August 17, 1883 Died February 11, 1953 (79 years of age) in Dearborn, Michigan. He was a staff member of a popular music publishing house in Detroit, Grinnell Brothers. Dulmage wrote popular songs, including some World War I publications, and composed soundtracks for television shows and films. He was a member of George and William Finzell's Band and Orchestra. He often collaborated with lyricist Richard W. Pascoe. Two of their most well-known were co-written with others: “When It’s Night Time in Nevada” along with Hugh O’Reilly Clint and “Tenderly Think of Me” with Richard A. Whiting. Their song "Faded Love Letters", sung by Henry Burr, charted in the U.S. in 1923, landing at the #3 spot (co-written by Luella Lockwood Moore). In the 1940s, Will was the proprietor of a local music store.
