English lyricist and songwriter. Born December 5, 1888 in Penzance, Cornwall, England. Died in Detroit, Michigan December 23, 1968 (80 years of age). He often collaborated with songwriter Will Dulmage. Two of their most well-known were co-written with others: “When It’s Night Time in Nevada” along with Hugh O’Reilly Clint and “Tenderly Think of Me” with Richard A. Whiting. Their song "Faded Love Letters", sung by Henry Burr, charted in the U.S. in 1923, landing at the #3 spot (co-written by Luella Lockwood Moore). Pascoe also charted with other collaborators--his first song to chart was "Hong Kong" by The Peerless Quartet--it landed at #5 in 1917 and was co-written by Hans von Holstein and Alma M. Sanders. He laso charted twice with the song "That Tumble-Down Shack by Athlone", which landed at #3 in 1919 by The Sterling Trio and at #5 in 1920 by John McCormack. The song was co-written by Monte Carlo and Alma M. Sanders.
