Synthpop band from Adliswil, Switzerland, formed in autumn 1985 by Christian Kägi (voice, synthesizer, sampling) and.Luca Roncoroni.(backing vocals, percussion, drumcomputer). They won a newcomer band contest (the other contestants were Séance and Der Zivilschutz) and released their first 2-track demo cassette In autumn 1986. It was followed by a second tape with 4 songs in summer 1987. A third cassette was released in spring 1988. Obscure also played live with bands such as Séance. Their '87 hit "Saturday" appeared on the compilation Swiss Techno Sampler - Real Noise.
