Devin Lima (born March 18, 1977, Boston, Massachusetts - died November 21, 2018) was an American singer/songwriter, artist and multi-instrumentalist. In 1999, Devin replaced Brian Gillis in Lyte Funkie Ones (LFO). The group went on hiatus in 2002. In 2007, he fronted the indie pop rock band Devin Lima & The Cadbury Diesel. During this time Devin participated in a Sly & The Family Stone tribute album, covering the song "If You Want Me To Stay", which resulted in him performing on the Grammys. He collaborated with the hip-hop group Bricks (20) and Burnz (7) on their song "Dance Wit You", and with the emo band Nine 13 on their song "High Society Anxiety." In 2009, LFO reunited for summer tour where they performed their hits and fan favorites, which included Devin's solo performance of his Cadbury Diesel hit, "Hangin' Wit You". Shortly after, Devin Lima & The Cadbury Diesel evolved to a two-man band called Heavenly Phantazms, featuring Devin and vocalist/guitarist Tony Valley. Devin also partnered with LFO band member Brad Fischetti to form the trip hop group Xiles. They demoed multiple songs on their YouTube channel and produced the two-track EP "Hip-Hop Christmas". The EP was digitally re-released in 2018. In 2016, Devin and Fischetti were invited to join 98 Degrees for one evening as part of the MTV TRL (Total Request Live) montage portion of their stage show. This led to the duo recording a new LFO single titled "Perfect 10" and The Rich In Love Tour followed in the summer of 2017. The group was nearing the end of the tour, when Devin was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal cancer. He underwent surgery to remove the cancer, but he eventually passed away on November 21, 2018. In 2019, the album Harold Lima as Doc Rok - Rockwell was released. The nine-song album features Devin's collaborations with DJ Shakka, AYJ, and Alexandra Foster. In May 2020, Brad Fischetti released the EP "Ode To Harold", which features a short song titled "Listen 2 The Warmth" that features Devin singing.
