Gerry Gabel

American keyboard player and vocalist, from Keokuk, Iowa. Formed The Pagans in 1965 with Craig Moore and Larry LaMaster, which evolved into Gonn in 1966. Then Mother Hooker's Blues Band. And later joined Peoria, Illinois, band Ilmo Smokehouse. Later became the head of the music department at Texas Christian University and has authored and produced several orchestral compositions. May appear on releases as Gerry Gable.
