Lena Pålsson

Swedish singer, born March 29, 1961. In 1982 she took over from Kikki Danielsson as singer in the Swedish dance band Wizex and then stayed there until 1997. Wizex's first album with Lena Pålsson was the band's last album with Tommy Stjernfeldt as male singer. Then Danne Stråhed was added as such. With Wizex, she participated in the Swedish Melodifestivalen 1992 with the melody "Jag kan se en ängel", which came 6th, and as a solo artist she participated in the Swedish Melodifestivalen 1993 with the melody "Sjunde Himlen", which came 4th. As a solo artist, on June 10, 2000, she tried to get the melody "Semester" on the Svensktoppen, but failed. In Tenerife in January 2004, she founded the dance band Lena Pålssons orkester. In 2010, she did a duet with Wizex singer Anna Sköld, on the song "En kick igen" from the album "Innan det är försent", which was released as a single to radio stations.
