Track 1 to 6 : Recorded July-August 1970 at CBS studios, London. Except track 2 - recorded May 1970 at Wifos studios, Copenhagen. Track 2 is from a movie by Henning Carlsen.

Track 7 to 13 : Recorded 22-25/9-1971 in Rosenberg Studio, Copenhagen.
Tracks 7 to 11 tell the story of Rowena who set out on a journey to the mysterious country of Kaske from her kitchen in Croydon.
