As for the additional tracks, "Hotel Room" was the A-side and "Call Me A Liar" was the B-side of the Harvest Records single HAR 5040 in 1971. While "Someone" and "Mr. Crosby" were both on the B-side of the Harvest Records single HAR 5049 which was released in 1972.

Packaged in a standard jewel case with 8-page booklet.
