Anyway, came sealed with obi strip on the right side, a 4-page insert with liner notes and Japanese lyrics transcriptions on the inside pages along with the front and back page that featured band photo and English lyrics and credits (parallel to the inner sleeve bag of the US/UK releases), a temporary tattoo sheet, a 7" 2 track 45rpm single, and a mail-in survey/questionnaire post card (called enquete card).
